By clicking "I Accept", you agree to be legally bound by this Confidentiality Agreement.

Purpose

Access to Manatex.digital may include confidential information related to the company's AI technology, data models, algorithms, and business methods. This Agreement governs how such information is handled during your demo or test use.

Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any non-public or proprietary data, content, or material shared through the platform or during demonstrations, including but not limited to:

• technical information, algorithms, data sources, scoring logic, or software features;
• commercial information such as pricing, clients, and business strategies.

Confidential Information does not include information that:

a. becomes public through no fault of the user; or

b. is lawfully obtained from another source without confidentiality obligations.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use Confidential Information solely to evaluate Manatex.digital and not for any other purpose.
• Not disclose or share any Confidential Information with third parties.
• Not copy, download, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its content.
• Not use any Confidential Information to directly compete with or replicate Manatex's services, during this demo and for two (2) years after access.
• Take reasonable steps to keep all accessed information secure.

Term

These obligations remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of access and indefinitely for trade secrets.

No License or Obligation

Your access does not grant you any license or rights over Manatex's intellectual property and does not create any obligation for future cooperation.

Remedies

Manatechs SAS may seek injunctive or other legal relief in case of unauthorized use or disclosure.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. The courts of Paris have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
